Warranty

Sagonaska Appliance Repair · Last updated: October 2026

Every repair we finish in Belleville carries a 90-day warranty on parts and labour. The invoice doubles as the warranty document, and if the same fault returns inside those three months, one phone call books the return visit.

1. What we cover

The warranty runs 90 days from the date of the repair and covers the parts we installed along with the labour that went with them. Same fault inside that window and we come back at no charge. Keep the invoice, it is your proof of the work and the date.

2. What the warranty does not cover

  • Other parts of the appliance that we did not replace during the original repair
  • Any claim made after the 90-day period has ended
  • Clogs and blockages of any kind
  • Damage from misuse, rough handling or operating the appliance against the manufacturer instructions
  • Damage caused by the owner or anyone else after our visit
  • Foreign objects that find their way into pumps, motors or other moving parts
  • A repeat of the same fault that needs a new replacement part rather than a correction to our work

3. How we approach repairs

Where a part can be cleaned, adjusted or repaired, we do that instead of replacing it. It keeps the bill lower and gets more life out of an appliance you already own. When a component genuinely needs replacing, we fit one that matches the original specification and stand behind it for the full 90 days.

4. Making a warranty claim

Call during opening hours and say it is a warranty visit. Have the invoice date and the model number handy. The return visit is booked like any other job and there is no service call fee on warranty work.
